The founder
Jeff Friedlander has been in the New Jersey insurance business since 1987. Over nearly four decades he's built both local and national agencies, and earned the designations that signal real depth in the field — CIC, CRIS, CWCA, and CWCP.
But the letters after his name aren't the point. What they add up to is a career spent in the trenches of NJ property and liability insurance, where Jeff and his team have gotten very good at one thing: protecting the people who own and rent out real estate in this state.
Jeff understands the landlord side personally, too. He's been a residential landlord himself, so he knows the reality most owners live — you're often an army of one, wearing every hat, mustering whatever help and resources you can find. That's the reason NJ Landlord Center exists: to be the resource he wished he'd had.
