You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Informational content, not advice

The coverage explanations, property-type guides, county pages, and blog articles on this site are general educational information about insurance for New Jersey landlords. They are not a quote, a binder, or a recommendation for your specific situation, and they do not create coverage. Policy forms, limits, exclusions, and pricing vary by carrier, property, and risk. Nothing on this site amends or interprets any policy you hold.

Quotes & placement

Submitting a quote request or your declarations pages does not bind coverage and does not create an agency or client relationship until we confirm it in writing. Coverage is bound only when a carrier issues it. Quoted figures and turnaround times are estimates and depend on underwriting.

Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from NJ Landlord Center.

• Program description. Messages may include quote follow-up, appointment reminders, application and policy updates, certificate and renewal notices, and occasional service or promotional messages about landlord insurance.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages you receive; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@njlandlordcenter.com or 908-824-0948.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining a quote or placing coverage.
• Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.
• Privacy. How we collect, use, protect, and share your information, including mobile opt-in data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

Governing law
